Historically I've nothing good to say about Freeman Toyota's Service Dept and with my prior vehicle, things got so bad I moved to Ft Worth Toyota for service and will probably do so again with my new v Toyota's Service Dept and with my prior vehicle, things got so bad I moved to Ft Worth Toyota for service and will probably do so again with my new vehicle. This last visit was about hail repair and there were approximately half a dozen small hail dings. Now while I was thankful for the free repair, I was not impressed that it took 3 days when I thought initially it was a same day repair and secondly, they either missed a small spot or created a new one that they have still not provided the final repair on at this time, no effort on their part to correct the mistake properly. They also left the vehicle messy with lots of small white pieces of string in the front and very back that are difficult to get out and have embedded in parts of the upholstery. Sloppy work overall considering I just paid cash in full on a 60k vehicle. More

My interaction with Mo in Financing was the only reason I marked Freeman as high as I did. He was pleasant and seemed like an honest family man who spoke highly of the company. I was buying out my lease - marked Freeman as high as I did. He was pleasant and seemed like an honest family man who spoke highly of the company. I was buying out my lease - should be easy, right? Nope, Sam, the used car manager, wasted two hours of of time trying to be slick and shady talking payments and was reluctant to show me interest rate or send me to finance. Ridiculous. I should have been in and out in an hour but was there for three. I need to buy my daughter a car (we’re Toyota fans) but won’t be doing it here. Good job Shady Sam. More
