I had an inoperable Automatic Seat Adjuster (2-Seat Memory Setting). Clayton Mahon, Main Line Service Advisor, and Jacob Golder, Lead Tech, went above and beyond in diagnosing the root cause! They could have taken the easy route, treated the symptom & recommended replacing the pricy motor under the seat or the door switch.
