bait and switch....wouldnt work with We came in to look at a 2015 Tahoe after seeing it priced in multiple spots online at $50,888. We were up front and told them we would not be finalizing a purchase til the next day due to the sale of our vehicle that we needed to finalize. They took advantage of the situation and told us that the price was a mistake and it was supposed to be $52,888 and that the next day the price would be $52,888. So we either had to purchase that day with a trade-in which we never came in to do or the price would be $2k higher the next day. The next day online the price of the car was still $50,888. I called to see if they would give us the price posted and they told me no the price was $52,888 and no budging. The sales manager was rude and I have honestly never worked a car dealership who hasn't wanted business before. I will be filing a complaint with the bbb and the state regarding using bait and switch technique and not honoring their advertised prices. More

The Best just get Better !!! I am always happy to bring one of my cars to Freeway Chevrolet in Chandler as I know the service or repair will be done correctly. Scott in the service department is always friendly and ready, willing and able to repair or service my vehicles. I just inform him of the problem and he takes care of the rest. It is one less thing I have to worry about in my life. I just bring my vehicles to Freeway Chevrolet and Scott knows what to do to get the job done !!! More

Beware of Hidden Service Charges Servicing of my Chevrolet has been above average and always included parts replacement. However today was my first LABOR ONLY visit for a four wheel Servicing of my Chevrolet has been above average and always included parts replacement. However today was my first LABOR ONLY visit for a four wheel alignment and was charged an absurd 10% extra for "SHOP SUPPLIES" above and beyond the original service quote. In addition I was charged sales tax for the "SHOP SUPPLIES". Not one person could tell me exactly what SHOP SUPPLIES were consumed for the WHEEL ALIGNMENT! Only explanation was that this was customary practice at ALL automotive service facilities - dealers and non-dealers. So I called every other Chevy dealer in the valley. Guess what? The only other dealer that charges SHOP SUPPLIES for wheel alignment is Chapman and if you read Freeway's website, they are part of the Chapman Automotive Group. Well my factory warranty runs out soon and you can bet I will NOT be running back soon to Freeway for service. More

No Hassle Dealership I bought a Suburban and a Chevy Cruz from Freeway Chevy. The sales people were great, I made my price range and guidelines clear and they stuck to it. I bought the Suburban used and when it needed a repair the guys went out of their way to make it hassle free for me! Roger was wonderful, Rick was great and Lonnie went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of! Veronica was on the ball making sure I had a loaner car while they were figuring out what was wrong with my vehicle! I felt very confident that everyone was doing their best to make my experiences at Freeway Chevy good! And I appreciated the follow up calls to make sure everything was OK! Thanks everyone! You ROCK! So from sales to service my experience at Freeway Chevy was easy and No Hassle! More
