When I arrived, three men were standing in the way of the appointment drive up and wouldn't move, 2 of the guys are employees. I had to actually drive around them, very rude. Once my car was completed, the g appointment drive up and wouldn't move, 2 of the guys are employees. I had to actually drive around them, very rude. Once my car was completed, the gentleman told me I had a nail in my tire and it was not fixable, and I found that hard to believe because I knew exactly where the nail was… I left there and went to American tires and it was 100% fixable!! so that gentleman lied and I don't appreciate that- you have to know I'm a female as well and sometimes people like to take advantage as if we don't know anything!!! More
