Thank you Ms. McAlpine for your recent purchase at our dealership. We absolutely strive for 100% customer satisfaction in dealing with our customers. I am sorry that you felt like you were not being attended to quick enough or in an efficient enough manner. While I understand your frustration of purchasing a vehicle and not having everything correct, our staff scrambled to rectify the situation as quickly as we could. We hate to lose anyone as a customer, and I encourage you to reconsider your harsh review of our company as not all the items you indicated were a 1 rating. For instance, you received a sizeable discount on the vehicle that you purchase, we offered a very nice free loaner car for you to use while we were repairing your car, and the repairs done to the car cost you nothing. Unfortunately, the day that your issue came up the service department was extremely busy taking care of other customer that had important items as well. I can assure you that we take everyone customers seriously and that we do our best to rectify a situation that wasn’t perfect. I think that you are being a little harsh and over demanding which is hurting both Noelle and Logan the two people that went out of their way to assist you.
