Time management is a bit of an issue. I received a voicemail the day before my appointment telling me that I must not be late for my appointment because the schedule will be full. The las I received a voicemail the day before my appointment telling me that I must not be late for my appointment because the schedule will be full. The last time I had an appointment, I arrived on time but had to wait an hour in my car to be checked in. I arrived a half hour early for this appointment so that I did not get in trouble for being late, but there was nobody in line and the person who checked me in scolded me for being early. When I came to pick up my car, there were already two other customers waiting impatiently for Ramiro. When we asked where he was, other workers just said he was coming and to be patient. Once we had a total of 4 people waiting for Ramiro, and I had been there for 20 minutes in the 100 degree heat, other service consultants started helping us to check out and get our keys. Ramiro finally showed up while I was walking out the door. I understand everyone is busy, but please respect the customers' time as well. I will say that I appreciate receiving updates via text, and I like the emailed report. More
