As I drove in I was greeted and asked how I could be served. This was a great first impression. He the called my service technician who also greeted me and asked how I could be served today. Maria is served. This was a great first impression. He the called my service technician who also greeted me and asked how I could be served today. Maria is always a pleasure to see when I come here because she provides excellent customer service. She made sure that I was comfortable in the customer lounge and stated that she would let me know when my car was done. It didn’t take more than 45 minutes and I was back on the road. Service like this is why I love that I purchased a Toyota. Maria would be a great representative for one of Fremont Toyota’s tv commercials. More

Careless, dealer closed on 5:00 pm, I jump started car and drive there on 4:30, a lady service assistant manager refuse to help me to change battery, she forced me to wait for weekend without driving that and drive there on 4:30, a lady service assistant manager refuse to help me to change battery, she forced me to wait for weekend without driving that brough me big trouble. On Monday, I got service but I found after the service, clock setting is completely wrong, also the dim of panel is very low. Also, I still got message on car panel which said maintenance service is required. There is no sticker on window for next service indicator. More
