I brought in my 2021 Venza for two specific concerns: an alignment issue and a persistent, loud noise coming from the rear liftgate supports. Yvonne, the service advisor, was friendly, personable, and communicated clearly—qualities I value highly in any customer service interaction. However, I do have lingering concerns regarding the unresolved liftgate issue. Although I described the noise in detail, I was told the technician could not "replicate" the problem. I didn’t press the issue at the time, but upon returning home, the unsettling sound continued just as before—occurring roughly 8 out of 10 times when opening and closing the liftgate. In my view, simply operating the liftgate a few times would have revealed the issue, which leads me to question whether a thorough investigation was actually performed. This oversight makes me wonder whether other aspects of the service were approached with similar haste. I hope future visits will involve a more careful diagnostic process and that the team will take customer feedback and observations seriously, particularly when the issue is easily observable. More
