The sales team were not candid about the damage on the roof of my 22 Highlander. They just stated that the SUV was not certified by Toyota. Also, I did not think to check the windshield wiper mechanism in roof of my 22 Highlander. They just stated that the SUV was not certified by Toyota. Also, I did not think to check the windshield wiper mechanism including the pump by operating it. I later found that there was a part broken and the pump just sprays all the fluid into the inside of the fender. Now I can't use the wiper spray. I talked to the service rep. at Toyota to check the problem, and they were going to charge me. People are dishonest now just as they were in the past. The car came without mats and was dirty in the engine bay with closer inspection after purchase. My fault for trusting anyone. More
