My only complaint is the wait time. I had an appointment scheduled for 1:00pm and I arrived 15minutes early. My car was not taken until 30min. After my appointment time. My wait time for completion of work scheduled for 1:00pm and I arrived 15minutes early. My car was not taken until 30min. After my appointment time. My wait time for completion of work on my car was two hours. my car simply needed an oil change and tire rotation. I’m not a mechanic, but I just don’t think this service should have taken that long. So I would suggest Toyota really evaluate their scheduling system and make some adjustments. More
