I would give 4.5 stars to Irvin my service advisor. He was pretty straight forward to me in regards to the brake issue on my 2017 Tacoma. While checking in, I requested that my tires be inflated to 38 lbs. The service advisor Ramiro, wrote that in the computer service order.
