Pat was the person who helped me. I came in for maintenance and humming noise on the air conditioner. I assumed he knew what needs to be done as it was on the notes when I booked the appointment an maintenance and humming noise on the air conditioner. I asked hin if the humming is taken care of and he had no idea, and told me that I should have told him. First of all he didn't ask me any questions when I dropped off the car. Second of all, he should have looked at the notes. He said he will call me back when the car is done, but he never called. I called him instead, because it's getting closer to closing time. I'M VERY UNHAPPY with his customer service. More

Overall pleasant experience I really liked the people whom I interacted with during this car buying. Raffi was very helpful and was knowledgeable about the car. Many people who are without a car have to take a public transportation and may arrive at the Fremont Bart station. The dealer location is not very convenient from any public transportation and I wish the dealer had a shuttle service. But otherwise it was a good experience. More
