Pat was the person who helped me. I came in for maintenance and humming noise on the air conditioner. I assumed he knew what needs to be done as it was on the notes when I booked the appointment an maintenance and humming noise on the air conditioner. I assumed he knew what needs to be done as it was on the notes when I booked the appointment and he did not ask any questions. When he called me that my car was done. I asked hin if the humming is taken care of and he had no idea, and told me that I should have told him. First of all he didn't ask me any questions when I dropped off the car. Second of all, he should have looked at the notes. He said he will call me back when the car is done, but he never called. I called him instead, because it's getting closer to closing time. I'M VERY UNHAPPY with his customer service. More

One thing I mentioned to Mark was how it took more time than expected to be logged in. Mark did explain the circumstances of staffing with the current circumstances, which totally made sense. I appreciate Mark taking the time to talk through whether the 15K or the next service milestone was needed. His no-nonsense approach was really appreciated. Also, while waiting for the service to be completed, their having WiFi available is good. I'll be back for my next maintenance. More

I spoke to him over the phone prior to arriving and he was very professional both on the phone as well as in person. Although I wish the dealer had a shuttle service from Bart station. Many people who are without a car have to take a public transportation and may arrive at the Fremont Bart station. The dealer location is not very convenient from any public transportation and I wish the dealer had a shuttle service. But otherwise it was a good experience. More
