If I could give a 0 star, I’d do that. They know if you’re a first time buyer and instead of helping you with making your first purchase, they’ll trick you by including service contracts that they didn you’re a first time buyer and instead of helping you with making your first purchase, they’ll trick you by including service contracts that they didn’t bother to explain what items you are purchasing or what are the service contracts for. Luckily some of them Are cancelable even though everyone in Fremont Toyota will tell you different xxxx every time you call in and ask how to get those cancelled. The finance manager who handled my purchase was very rude; when I was cancelling those contracts, I couldn’t even get a single word out of me because this person kept cutting me off until the point I had to yell that “I’m done arguing I just want to cancel”. Seriously, go to other dealerships. If you see their ratings on google, a lot of people got scammed as well. More
