Quick and Easy I purchased my Rav 4 vehicle through an auto broker and the pick up date was set with Unalda Chapman. My broker negotiated the deal with Unalda. Within a day she sent the summary of the total cost and a copy of the Monroney sticker that I requested to confirm price and options agreed upon. On arrival to the dealership she was quick and to the point during the paperwork process and in describing the features before handing over the car. You can tell she was knowledgeable about the vehicle by the explanations provided. I skipped the test drive but was happy to know that the car had 4 miles on the odometer as I requested to pick up the vehicle upon arrival. Unalda didn't give us sales talk etc, probably because the check was in hand. Her organization was reflected in her little piles of documents with keys on top, likely lined up for closing the deals. I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews for this dealership but Unalda was great. More
