Pasha This dealership went above and beyond with me. They worked with me on the price and the financing. Not to mention Pasha even gave me a ride from Danvi This dealership went above and beyond with me. They worked with me on the price and the financing. Not to mention Pasha even gave me a ride from Danville back to the dealership to get my other car. I didn’t come in to buy but ended up with a real nice vehicle with an affordable price. Buying experience was ok When inspecting the truck before leaving the dealership we noticed the back seat was wet because the detailers had left the back window open when the When inspecting the truck before leaving the dealership we noticed the back seat was wet because the detailers had left the back window open when they washed the truck, we figured it would dry out and be ok, after getting home I found that the carpet and padding under the back seat were soaked. I had to unbolt the seat pull the carpet back to dry it out with fans and a blow dryer, If I hadn't discovered this would have mildewed. After asking for some small compensation in the form of a set of floor mats I was told it wasn't possible because sales dept. was separate from parts dept. I figured a large dealership could work around this little problem to satisfy the customer, but I guess not .I therefor will not be recommending Fremont Toyota. More
