Simon picked me up in his personal car, gave me a great price, went on a test drive with me, and explained all the exciting features of the new 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback. No hard sell from Simon. I have purchased cars from BMW, Acura, Honda, and Toyota before, but Simon clearly was the best and exceeded my expectations. Only oddity was I paid in cash and the dealership asked for personal and credit information anyway? More

It's not even worth a full star on this dealership! I came in with my friend at work to buy him and his family a Toyota Corolla LE. He doesn't speak too much english, that's why I came with him. I was the one negotiating with the price. We got the Corolla LE for $20,000 + APR. $250 a month. That price was too much for me, but my friend accepted it. It was taking too much time for me on their processing, so I left because I have to go to another dealership to order myself a car in Serramonte. After 2 hours, I messaged my friend if he got the car. He said yes, but the price changed to $358 per month with $5000 down! THAT'S $27,000 for BASE Corolla! I asked him what happened. He said that the finance guy made a mistake and changed the pricing. They knew that my friend didn't know anything about buying a car that's why they tricked him! TYPICAL DEALERSHIP SCAM (watch YouTube videos and read articles online)! He wasn't able to sleep good that night and he was scared to even drive his new car! The next day he came by to the dealership to try and cancel the deal. I wasn't there, but he told me the dealership cancelled all the add-ons on the deal that would lower the price of the car to $23,000. That was still $3,000 difference than the original price we talked about. The dealership also PROMISED them that they are going to adjust the pricing AFTER 3 MONTHS! But I doubt that it would happen. When I came to the dealership, his daughter cried because she felt that they trusted the dealership but they tricked them. I feel so bad that I left too early. I'm not going to recommend this dealership to anybody! DON'T GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP TO AVOID HASSLE, LOSS OF MONEY, AND GETTING SCAMMED! More

I only had to wait 15 minutes, paperwork took another ten, courtesy lift home another ten... and three hours later Micheal called me that my car was ready. Another courtesy ride back to Toyota...another ten minutes to finish off paperwork.. Michael personally went to get my car to check if the window had been done properly...excellent care!
