Pat O'Brien excellent service advisor. I took my 91 year old Mother and her 2017 Camry to this Toyota Dealership and our Service Advisor was excellent. He had the car ready at the ETC (est I took my 91 year old Mother and her 2017 Camry to this Toyota Dealership and our Service Advisor was excellent. He had the car ready at the ETC (estimated time of completion) so she didn't have to wait. We were treated very well. Pat answered some lingering questions we had as we did not purchase the car at the dealership as they were out of inventory of the spec's she was looking for.
