Good experience and reasonably quick service Bought a 2015 Sienna Limited certified. Scheduled a test drive with Nicholas Borrego. He was ready with the car on time. Car was clean. After a little negotiating I got a fair price and offered cash. The paperwork took a little longer than I expected so I am deducting one star. Not Nicholas fault. They ran a hard credit check even when I offered cash. Was not too pleased about this, but I guess it's standard protocol to safeguard the dealers interests. Nicholas Borrego is a good employee. Keep him happy. More
