The service advisor, Pat O'Brien, was just amazing. I showed up without an appointment for a regular maintenance, and Pat greeted me within 30 seconds with a big smile. He then checked the car's record and came up with three options: good, better, and the best. Instantly, I felt he had my best interest in mind--as ignorant about cars as I was, I was always afraid of being ripped off. I chose the "Good" option, and Pat estimated it could be done within two hours, and it was. Pat's warm personality and his eagerness to help made my day. I can't believe I am saying this, but I am looking forward to being serviced by Fremont Toyota again. More

Service done in agreed time frame. However, after my recent brake shoes replacement service, somehow the trunk door of my 2015 Rav4 was having problem. First it would not open. I had to However, after my recent brake shoes replacement service, somehow the trunk door of my 2015 Rav4 was having problem. First it would not open. I had to bring it back to the service center next day to find out why it won't open. The technician fixed it, probably due to some incorrect settings. But after couple weeks, I am not able to open it with my remote anymore. I have to open the trunk door with my hand insert underneath to door ! Just can't believe a simple brake service is causing so much problem with the trunk door! More

Impressed as always! I had to have my Scion towed to the service area on a Saturday rainy night from SJ. It would not start. I left my auto and the keys in the drop box. I had to have my Scion towed to the service area on a Saturday rainy night from SJ. It would not start. I left my auto and the keys in the drop box. On Monday, Steve called, stated they had done a 30 minute check and it needed a new starter. They ordered it, and it came in and was replaced that same day! Thanks, Steve!!! More
