Service neglect caused further need for service. This repair was needed only because when the dealer installed a new battery 2 weeks ago, they neglected to complete the install at that time by resett This repair was needed only because when the dealer installed a new battery 2 weeks ago, they neglected to complete the install at that time by resetting the power windows. Had to bring car in for this, in addition. Took 3 hours of my time, not including travel time, to make up for this error, let alone service time by dealer. No apology was offered by staff. Had asked for the paperwork on service 2 weeks ago. It did not come. Had to ask again to get it. More
