Brought my tundra in because I’m having issues with my seat cracking. Met with sales manager Mark. He was fantastic. Made me feel like I wasn’t alone. This pace is all about taking care of its people. They have both been in contact with me reassuring the problem will be handled. They ordered my parts and set my appt to my conveinance. I can’t explain how relieved I was. I thought this was going to be a marathon. Thank you Mark Jacobs for taking care of me like family. I’ll be back for another car! More
