I did not have an appointment. But 3 hours for regular service is not acceptable without a heads up. I was charged even though I was within the 2 year / 24k mile service period. The male staff member I came in contact with first at the desk was not friendly or very willing to provide information or assist. The next person receiving my vehicle was going to have me come back the next desk was not friendly or very willing to provide information or assist. The next person receiving my vehicle was going to have me come back the next day although I explained that I had spoken with Crystal and mine would be a walk in to leave my car until the next day. He finally understood what I meant and took my car keys. The good rating comes about because the lady at the desk (I forget her name) was helpful, approachable and understood my needs. More
