Took my 2023 4Runner in for a 15k miles service. My appointment was at 8:45. I had to wait a few minutes for my service advisor to help (this was not a real issue). When he came to help me he was courteous and friendly. He told me the service would take 1-1/2 hours. I waited in the waiting area. Over two hours passed and I received no call or message from the service staff. I walked outside and saw my vehicle parked in the lot in front of the service department. I went to the service advisor and he told me my vehicle was done over 20 minutes prior. And he thought he sent me a message, but apologized if he didn’t. That evening I reviewed my invoice and saw that according to the service technician, the engine air filter was dirty, but they did not replace it. It appears that they are trying to save costs because I paid for the service package when I purchased the vehicle. The next day I called the service department manager and I did not receive a call back. More
