I went for an oil change and I was told that my 2017 Prius Prime had a recall and that my car was un-drivable and it needed to get fixed so they gave me a rental car and they had my car for a week. I called a couple of times to ask about my car but they weren’t able to give me a good solid answer other than they were waiting for some parts and that the airbags were not working. A couple of days after I was told that my car was ready and when I asked about what was the problem, they said that there was no problem with my car but that they were trying to fix a Prius 2010 that I no longer own for almost 10 years. Somehow they got mixed with the year and model of my car and nobody caught it. It’s a funny experience but at the same time for some other people this could cause unnecessary stress. More
