I have been a loyal customer of Toyota Fremont since the car was purchased from them but recently my car’s front bumper back covering sheet came off , I took it to Toyota however Toyota service advisor aske car was purchased from them but recently my car’s front bumper back covering sheet came off , I took it to Toyota however Toyota service advisor asked me to go to outside body works and when I went to ZAC body works as suggested , those guys asked me to go to Toyota parts and order the parts and then go back to ZAC but this could have been suggested by the service advisor when I took the car to Toyota , as it would have saved time and effort.
