Made an appointment on Friday at 4: 15. I got there at four. The technician told me it was very busy that the car probably had to stay overnight if I wanted to come back another day I told I got there at four. I set up the appointment for Monday 10:15 AM. I was hoping it wasn’t going to take long and I would be out of there soon. It turned out that two hours passed and still didn’t know anything about my Vehicle. I went to the front desk and I asked another technician. I told him I took the morning off. I really need to get to work zHe said he was busy but that he was going to help me to wait a few minutes. He was finally able to help me, I paid he gave me my keys and I left. Two hours later the technician that helped me in the beginning ( I believe his name was Antonio) called saying that my car was ready But that he was looking for it. I told him I have my car. I really was not happy with the service. Customer service is terrible. More
