As a long time customer with the dealership, I took my car into the shop for a minor service. I dropped it off the night before to get it back by 1ish. I did not specify the service agent and got stuck with someone who did not contact me by 1, so I called to ask when the car will be ready and I'll need a shuttle. A few moments latter, a shuttle driver called. I gave him my North Fremont address and he said it was out of his range and then say "I'm not busy so I can be there in 40 minutes.". I said I would take Uber. I spend a lot of money at your facility and I paid $12.30 for the Uber driver to take me to your dealership. Shame on your organization. I shared my comments with the service advisor who tried to do damage control by saying I should have called him. I felt it's like asking Mom when Dad says NO. Come on. Steve S. is my normal advisor and I've never had a problem with getting a call explaining what's up with my car, when it'll be ready, etc. One of my cars has almost 200K and it's only been serviced at your dealership. I only asked for a 1 way ride! BTW- your next section dose not appear to have the service agents name and would not allow me to submit without clicking a name. This person "Sam" NEVER had contact with me. I just clicked his name to submit my review. More

service not professional. 1. I changed my engine air filter and carbon filter at 30k miles. Today at 35k maintenance service, service manager Sara asked me to change both filte 1. It's only 5k miles, this normally should be changed at 30k miles. I asked another service manager who sits in the office next to Sara to recheck my filters, he did it and confirmed that my filters are in very good condition and do not need to be changed at all. 2. My appointment was at 8:15am, and Sara did not service me until 8:50am. What is the point of the appointment? I also noticed that there were several service managers did not have any customers to serve during the time I was waiting, can't these service managers serve me? When Sara finally worked with me, I complained about the long wait, Sara simply mentioned that she had customers, without any apologies. More
