The process of buying the vehicle was smooth. Jason from Finance was awesome, but after that everything went downhill. Had to take three trips back and forth because I was kept on being told that Jason from Finance was awesome, but after that everything went downhill. Had to take three trips back and forth because I was kept on being told that my parts that I financed with truck were ready but when I show up they hold my truck for 2+ hours to only call me up and tell me my parts aren’t there even with confirmation that they were.
