On this trip to Toyota, I had major work completed on my truck including changing the brakes and some suspension work. This cost was in the $5k ball park. It was a lot to pay but I understand the labor cost truck including changing the brakes and some suspension work. This cost was in the $5k ball park. It was a lot to pay but I understand the labor cost - if I had the area I would’ve done it myself. But I trusted Toyota and a few representatives there to complete the labor for me. Maria, who is really great, was welcoming and upfront about what was going to be work on on my truck. She was helpful and provided updates on my truck when I asked. She is nice and deserves a raise because she brings customers back and retains their business. I don’t know who the technicians were who worked on my car but I should’ve met them. In the future I will meet the person who will work on my car. I was rented a 23 Camry and it was pretty nice. I have a history with Toyota Camrys’ and may buy one one day. More
