I brought my car in Thursday. Nick recommended replacing a wheel, but the wheel needed to be ordered. I was told I would be called when the part arrives. I received a call on Friday asking to schedule service, supposedly a routine courtesy call, and the person I spoke with knew nothing about the wheel. Frustrated and confused, I scheduled an appointment for Saturday to figure out what’s going on. Nick called me on Saturday before my appointment, informing me the wheel was ordered but has not arrived yet. He told me he would update me Monday, so I cancelled my Saturday appointment. No one called Monday. I called in Tuesday, wheel had arrived, so I brought my car in for service. No one called me once service was finished. I called Wednesday morning to find out service was completed. Overall, I was very disappointed by the poor communication and felt I had to call for updates. The more frustrating part is I’ve been getting hammer calls from the dealership after the service to check on how things went, which feels very unnecessary. The dealership needs to improve their communication when it matters. More
