I would give 4.5 stars to Irvin my service advisor. He was pretty straight forward to me in regards to the brake issue on my 2017 Tacoma. I'm very self conscious when it comes to service due date on my vehicles. For me the sticker is a tool or a quick reference to when is the next service due date. More
While checking in, I requested that my tires be inflated to 38 lbs. The service advisor Ramiro, wrote that in the computer service order. When my 40k service was completed, the paperwork stated that you h to 38 lbs. The service advisor Ramiro, wrote that in the computer service order. When my 40k service was completed, the paperwork stated that you had inflated the tires to 35 lbs. Why is it acceptable that your team did not inflate the tires to the level I had asked for? This was a simple request and it raises questions regarding your service. More
