Slow service I’ve been coming for service for years, but lately, it takes too long. I waited for 4 hours for a small service. The prior visit was something similar I’ve been coming for service for years, but lately, it takes too long. I waited for 4 hours for a small service. The prior visit was something similar. I asked, and was told that workers called in sick. Seems to me that every time I’m there, workers are sick... In the other hand, Mr Orozco, the service advisor, is very polite and does his best. That’s my reason for my 3 stars. At this moment, I wouldn’t recommend this place. More

Fast / on-time / great communication I've definitely had my bad moments at the service center here, but I discovered the go-to most excellent service manager: Mark Muth. This fellow always keeps us updated when we drop our car for service and gives us heads up if anything additional needs to be done. shop is incompetent Left and had to return with engine light on.
