I arrived without an appointment on a Saturday mid-morning and he told me that it would take a bit longer than had I had an appointment, but to get in line and he'd get back to me soon. I only had to wait 15 minutes, paperwork took another ten, courtesy lift home another ten... and three hours later Micheal called me that my car was ready. Another courtesy ride back to Toyota...another ten minutes to finish off paperwork.. Michael personally went to get my car to check if the window had been done properly...excellent care! He had the car ready at the ETC (est I took my 91 year old Mother and her 2017 Camry to this Toyota Dealership and our Service Advisor was excellent. He had the car ready at the ETC (estimated time of completion) so she didn't have to wait. We were treated very well.
