Although staff was friendly, will not be revisiting. I explained that I would be waiting for the vehicle, in the past I’ve only had to wait 2 to 3 hours. But after five hours had to arrange for a rental I explained that I would be waiting for the vehicle, in the past I’ve only had to wait 2 to 3 hours. But after five hours had to arrange for a rental car to pick up kids from school. Returned and car was ready 7 1/2 hours later. This timeframe should have been disclosed at the time of dropping the vehicle at 9 AM. More
