Even though I had an appt I had to wait 25 mins to be checked in. I had an oil change that too 6.5 hours. They did not do the check they normally had done in the past. Toyota dealership made me wait for 5 hours. Had me feeling like I was employed there. I was only there for a regular check up and system update that was not even completed.
