Took too long to finish. Waited almost 7 hours! I was expecting to leave 3 to 4 hours at the most. I didn’t have any mechanical problem. All they did was change 4 tires Waited almost 7 hours! I was expecting to leave 3 to 4 hours at the most. I didn’t have any mechanical problem. All they did was change 4 tires, replace windshield wipers and change oil. I had a special coupon so car wash was included but they didn’t. have the time to wash car so I have to go back to have car wash, waisting my time and gas. Also while I was waiting , nobody informed me about progress of service of the car. I am very disappointed Toyota’s service. My husband and I had Toyota since 1963. This is the worse experience we had experienced. More
