Service Department can use some improvements, such as communicate the status of the car under repair via text/email, etc... My car was in the shop from Tuesday morning 7:30 AM to Thursday around noon tim communicate the status of the car under repair via text/email, etc... My car was in the shop from Tuesday morning 7:30 AM to Thursday around noon time. No communication on Wednesday at all. I called left msg on Wednesday, Thursday morning, no response. Finally I called the main line asking for the status, then told it will be ready in 20 minutes. More
