My wife n I recently purchased a 2009 TL and I dealt with the General Manager. I dont recommend this dealer at all. U would think by dealing with the management staff u would get a certain level of professi the General Manager. I dont recommend this dealer at all. I recently visited the Dealer and I could not believe the General Manager and his professionalism or lack of. I was embarassed for him.. He thought since I was a woman I didnt know how to shop for a car. He General Manager and his professionalism or lack of. I was embarassed for him.. During my wait to get my car financed, Edward Ramsey, who was my dealer, checked up on me a number of times to make sure that I was comfortable. My overall experience with this dealership was amazing. Edward got me in the exact car that I wanted and even had the car detailed for me. I will definitely come back to purchase from them again.
