That is over 40 miles to Fresno Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Because of the nature of the previous repair to my 2014 Dodge Charger, I was forced to have a LYFT driver take me from the dealership. When Joe confirmed that the "tie rods" needed to be replaced, he arranged an appointment for me to bring the car in first thing in the morning and put the repair in "waiter" status. Because part of the repair included a wheel alignment, he told me it could take up to four hours. In less than two hours, Joe let me know the repair was complete. Not only did he keep his word, but in partnership with his team, the repair took less than two hours. That is extraordinary customer service. How many service advisors in that club still around.
