From the get go, Phillip was helpful but not in a pushy way. He answered all of my questions and didn't keep me waiting. When I became more serious and decided to make the 2 hour drive from the bay area to look at the vehicle, Phillip was nice enough to get approval and take the vehicle off of the sales lot and hold the car to 2 days until I could drive down on the weekend. I really appreciated this type of customer service. When I got to the dealership, they made use of my time and assessed the trade in value of my current vehicle while I test drove the one for sale. Everything was a fit for me, from the sale price of the used vehicle, to the trade in value of my current car. So with that being said, I was confident in moving forward with my purchase. The turn around time on all of the paperwork was maybe about 30 minutes. Quick and painless!! For anyone reading this, you should know that I am pretty picky and have no tolerance for being hassled or pushed into a decision. During the entire process, Phillip never did that. He only provided the facts and help. For that reason, I definitely recommend Fresno CDJR to my friends and family. It is very hard to get a price below MSRP on any new SRT Challenger anywhere. I used Auto Trader to check out prices on SRT Challenger's throughout the United States. Many dealerships wanted thousands over MSRP. I utilized the Costco buyers program and spoke with the dealership owner, Tim Finegan and his assistant Philip Olivarez. They quoted me a price of $2,100 below MSRP, which was the best price anyone offered me anywhere. They also offered me $3,000 more for my trade-in 2013 SRT Charger than anyone else, including Carmax. When I arrived at the dealership they were wonderful, gracious and forthright. They seemed extremely interested in making me a happy customer and dropped the price another $900 without me even asking. I love this new SRT. I will be back to Fresno Dodge to purchase more cars from Tim Finegan and Philip Olivarez. These guys are absolutely the best! More

At the time of purchase the car had a clicking noise coming from under the car and I was told by the sales person they would look at the problem. I was also told that the car was up on all the scheduled maintenance. I trusted the salesman and the dealership, my first mistake. I should have ran the vin..I was talked into purchasing a 3 year 36 mile warranty. Tuesday 7-7-15 I brought my car to Fresno Chrysler for an oil change and I asked them to see if they could located the original noise. They told me the car had not had any scheduled maintenance done so it needed the spark plugs replaced which should have been done at 30k, which I was told when I purchased the vehicle that had been done. I was also told that the previous owner was a friend of Tim Finegan so rest assure this car was taken care of. After 4 days in the dealership I got my car back, the noise in now louder then ever and between 50 and 60 mph the car shakes. Tim Finegan got in my face in the new car showroom and called me a liar. There mechanics do not know how to diagnose problems. I was told by the service writer the mechanic put a code reader on the vehicle and if they don't see anything it's all good. I trusted this dealership and its owner and service department and that was my second mistake. More

Tim Jr. went and picked up the car the SAME day we asked and brought it to his dealership so we could drive it and see it, without any pressure to buy it. We got excellent service, a fair price, and their awesome lifetime warranty option. A few weeks later when one of the terms of our warranty wasn't what we had expected, we called and they made it right. We also have lifetime oil changes through them! I have never had such a positive experience at a dealership. The day we bought the car it only took 30 minutes. They had everything ready to expedite the process.
