Randy is absolutely awful! Had our vehicle for a week simply ordering 1 part and installation. Not once did he call us and give us an update. At the time of purchase the car had a clicking noise coming from under the car and I was told by the sales person they would look at the problem. I was also told that the car was up on all the scheduled maintenance. I trusted the salesman and the dealership, my first mistake. I should have ran the vin..I was talked into purchasing a 3 year 36 mile warranty. Tuesday 7-7-15 I brought my car to Fresno Chrysler for an oil change and I asked them to see if they could located the original noise. They told me the car had not had any scheduled maintenance done so it needed the spark plugs replaced which should have been done at 30k, which I was told when I purchased the vehicle that had been done. I was also told that the previous owner was a friend of Tim Finegan so rest assure this car was taken care of. After 4 days in the dealership I got my car back, the noise in now louder then ever and between 50 and 60 mph the car shakes. Tim Finegan got in my face in the new car showroom and called me a liar. There mechanics do not know how to diagnose problems. I was told by the service writer the mechanic put a code reader on the vehicle and if they don't see anything it's all good. I trusted this dealership and its owner and service department and that was my second mistake. More

Tim Jr. went and picked up the car the SAME day we asked and brought it to his dealership so we could drive it and see it, without any pressure to buy it. We got excellent service, a fair price, and their awesome lifetime warranty option. A few weeks later when one of the terms of our warranty wasn't what we had expected, we called and they made it right. We also have lifetime oil changes through them! I have never had such a positive experience at a dealership. The day we bought the car it only took 30 minutes. They had everything ready to expedite the process. Terrible Customer Service Terrible customer service. Paid $1800 for repairs and during the time it was being serviced they stole ALL my floor mats and messed up my stereo. Kyle showed me a car with WAY more options and features than what was on my wish list. When we went into the office to talk numbers I told him how much I wanted to put down and how much I could afford for a monthly payment. I thought that there was no way he would come back with numbers anywhere close- I was wrong. Kyle eliminated all of the back and forth long meetings with the sales manager and brought back numbers so close to what I asked for the first time that I told him he made a mistake somewhere.
