Went to get an oil change with an appointment. Randy was the advisor helping me and was very friendly. I waited for my truck in the waiting area where they have snacks and TV, which makes the wait Randy was the advisor helping me and was very friendly. I had an overall excellent experience with Fresno Ram. I was having issues with my pickup on my 9 hour drive back home and they took care of everything as best as they could atm. I did have to schedule repairs and find a rental car to go home since the repair was more than I thought but Randy specifically found the next possible slot to schedule the repairs and was was very open and on top of communicating everything with me.
