We took our Lexus into Fresno Lexus for an oil change and transmission fluid exchange. Our service writer Andrew was very helpful and answered all of our questions. I am always amazed that Lexus sends a driver/loaner to my house an hour away while they service my vehicle. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. Justin was great, too.
