I want to share my very disappointing experience with Fresno Lexus regarding a Lexus RX 350 SUV I was seriously interested in purchasing. The issue was not the vehicle — it was the dishonesty and lack Fresno Lexus regarding a Lexus RX 350 SUV I was seriously interested in purchasing. The issue was not the vehicle — it was the dishonesty and lack of professionalism from several employees involved in the process. I dealt with: Ferando Vasquez – Used Car Salesperson Mike – Finance Manager Sean Ryan – General Sales Manager I requested two very basic and reasonable documents before making a purchase decision: The vehicle inspection sheet The Service R.O. (Repair Order) sheet Mike, the Finance Manager, told me he would gather the documents and have Ferando send them to me. I never received anything and never got a follow-up call. I had to call the dealership myself to find out what was going on. When I finally spoke with Ferando, he claimed that Mike told him it was “illegal” to send me the documents I requested. That statement was completely false. There is nothing illegal about a customer requesting vehicle inspection or service records when considering the purchase of a used vehicle. After hearing this, I asked to speak directly with Mike, but suddenly nobody could locate him, even though he was reportedly at the dealership. Then Sean Ryan, the General Sales Manager, stepped in and attempted to smooth things over, but instead made the situation worse by avoiding accountability and not addressing the dishonesty surrounding my request. At that point, I decided I would not purchase any vehicle from this dealership. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and professionalism when making a major purchase. Instead, I experienced excuses, misleading statements, and poor communication. I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealership proceed with caution. If a dealership is unwilling to provide basic documentation and gives conflicting stories about why they cannot, that raises serious concerns about transparency and customer service. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this dealership to others. More

He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood my options, especially when it came to my lease. What I appreciated most was how straightforward everything felt. There was no pressure, just clear communication and a fair deal. When I arrived at the dealership, everything was already prepared. The car was ready and the process was smooth. All I had to do was review and sign the paperwork. Overall, it was an easy and positive experience, and I would definitely recommend working with Mike if you are considering Fresno Lexus. More

The car buying process is never fun, but our salesman was very patient and courteous. My only complaint is how long it took to process the paperwork. Dealership needs to change their motto to, "The Pursuit of Mediocrity" because they're a stain on the brand. Call only to be hung up on. Come down to the dealership only to wait for over an hour and lea of Mediocrity" because they're a stain on the brand. Call only to be hung up on. Come down to the dealership only to wait for over an hour and leave. The person who talked most to us during my visit? The gift shop dude. Would have been well and fine but the dealership reached out to me three times in the last thirty days to solicit who knows what now. Massive waste of time. Add to that a decrease in quality and mounting reliability problems. Lexus has mold issues with their AC units not draining in LS models, and now metal shavings in their V6 turbos. Time to abandon ship, there's no value here anymore. More
