Hello Oscar, I am still upset I did not recieve a refund for what I had paid for. If I had known from the beginning that the costs were going to add up to what you guys told me, I would have gone to another dealership. Also, I was never refunded and if I were to decide to continue to have my repairs done through you guys and it still was not the problem I would have been out that money as well. I came to you guys specifically because I wanted to feel safe taking my car to a legit service repair and I was the one who was out all that money. I am sorry but I will not be happy with your services until I get some type of refund. As far as your supervisor Ash, he wanted to my car as a trade-in and he refused to give me a refund. I think this dealership as a whole lacks in giving a their customers the customer service "promised."
