Great Service In the Fall of 2017, my 2015 Ford Escape was stalling at traffic lights and stop signs periodically. I had a dealership look at it and was sent awa In the Fall of 2017, my 2015 Ford Escape was stalling at traffic lights and stop signs periodically. I had a dealership look at it and was sent away because they could not find "anything" wrong with it. I was very adamant that there was something wrong so I gave Friendly Ford in Geneva, NY a try! My husband purchased his F150 there and has all of the service performed there. I told Lee Ward in the Service Dept. what was wrong and he assured me that they would find what was wrong with it. Randy Salerno who serviced my Escape never gave up and found that I needed the transmission rebuilt!! Guess what? My Ford Escape never stalled again and now I will continue to have my Ford serviced at Friendly Ford! More

We met with Megan Hems in the Sales Department who found the vehicles we were looking for and gave us Ford incentives that we could not pass up. She found the colors we were looking for and then explained about the different options that came with our vehicles. We were sold immediately with her friendliness and her knowledge of the vehicles. Next was the Financing Department where we met with Ben Austin and Elisabeth Humphrey who found great rates and offered additional extended warranty packages as well as protective packages. I know that making a decision about finances is not easy but Ben and Elisabeth made it easy for us! We have told our family and friends about Friendly Ford and highly recommend them to everyone who want a hassle free buying experience. In fact, our neighbors bought a Ford Flex and are super happy with there experience!
