Dishonest ..... would not trust I scheduled a service with friendly Honda to remove bolts and replace the flex donut gasket at the manifold after a two hour wait a friendly service a I scheduled a service with friendly Honda to remove bolts and replace the flex donut gasket at the manifold after a two hour wait a friendly service adviser contacted me and told me my manifold was shot. I refuted this analysis since have been under the car the day before and knew the condition of the manifold. I subsequently asked if they broke the bolt.The service adviser said the bolts were fine.The next day I crawled under the vehicle to discover the bolts were melted beyond removal. I would have accepted a response "We tried but could not remove bolts... one bolt broke during the process" More

2018 pilot This is the 4th Honda I bought from Justin . I called him on Tuesday and by Saturday I was driving away in my new car !
