Professional, courteous and friendly! I wasn't exactly sure what to expect from this dealership as I had never purchased a car from them before. Given all these great reviews, I had to se I wasn't exactly sure what to expect from this dealership as I had never purchased a car from them before. Given all these great reviews, I had to see for myself if they really are as good as most say. In short, I was very impressed by their staff and the process they took me through. It could not have been any easier to buy a car. They explain your options and while of course they are trying to persuade you to buy from them, it is a business after all, at no point did I feel pressured to buy. Rick Studler was my sales person and I enjoyed working with him to close on a very satisfying deal. I hope he doesn't retire any time soon as I would definitely want to work with him should I ever be in the market for another Honda. More

Great Customer Service! I have always had great customer service from Honda dealers and Friendly Honda continues to provide great service to me. I arrived 15 minutes before I have always had great customer service from Honda dealers and Friendly Honda continues to provide great service to me. I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time and they took me in immediately. Within a couple of minutes I was checked in and in the waiting room. When I made the appointment they told me that it would take 1 1/2 hours to complete the repair and exactly 1 1/2 hours after I checked in, Scott came into the waiting room and told me that everything was done and working fine. They even washed my car for me, which was an unexpected bit of good news. More
