Would they have charged me??! I really do like Friendly Honda and would recommend however...,......last wk I took my car in. It had never not started but ever since I had a new key I really do like Friendly Honda and would recommend however...,......last wk I took my car in. It had never not started but ever since I had a new key made it sounded different when starting so thought I'd have the battery checked. Little machine highly recommended new battery. Said to come back tomorrow and they could replace it. After leaving, I questioned if I hadn't replaced it before. Checked receipts and it was 2 yrs ago. Went back and they said oh, okay it's under warranty, no charge. Next day they replaced and presented a bill. I showed my old receipt and they said yes, under warranty. No charge. If I hadn't remembered, would they have charged me??? In this day and age of computers, don't you think that should show up under my car's history? More
