With that stated, I accept the process and time involved to have a higher-up / supervisor approve the package Jerry and I put together upon in terms of pricing, included extras, etc.. However, the waiting time -- it was several hours -- just to get to see "the man" for final approval and finalize the paperwork is unwarranted and I'm sorry to say, unacceptable. When finally getting in with "the man," the actual process went quite smoothly, efficiently, and fairly expeditiously. More
